Exchange and Replacement:
Products can be exchanged within 7 to 15 days of purchase with its receipt and tags intact. In order to exchange the size of online ordered products, please contact us at customercare@cocobee.com.pk or you can call us at our Customer Care Service at 0331-9994601. Kindly send the articles to be exchanged under 7 to 15 days after receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers shall bear the delivery costs for exchanging size and articles. We have a 'No Refund' policy but in cases of defected or damaged product the company will replace it provided it has been reported within7 to 15 days. When the case is acknowledged, you will be permitted to choose some other article of equivalent value from the website. Exchange relies upon stock accessibility and availability in the required size.
